Is it possible to use a combination of hypnosis and virtual reality to heal bad memories that keep HypnoBuddy people from becoming successful? Can we help those who have shell shock or military post traumatic stress syndrome from eating themselves up alive. These stresses and personal baggage that many people carry around is indeed hard to shake and sometimes the stress is so great it frazzles the nerves and causes shaking.
NLP Hypnosis for Self Improvement is a proven method to help people ditch childhood memories which are not pleasing or from abuse situations. Some say yes, others say no, nevertheless if you have some situations that are literally eating you alive and causing undo stress then perhaps you should consider this as a potential solution. Many people are afraid of such things and perhaps that is good as it is a safety mechanism of sorts.
If you are thinking of getting NLP Hypnosis for Self Improvement you need to read up on it and consider all the ramifications and potential risks. I overheard a conversation between two young women the other day concerning an argument between one of the girls and another young lady. The girl relating the story was almost to the point of tears as she described some of the “awful things” that were said to her during the altercation. It was easy to see that, even though the argument had taken place several days prior, she was still feeling the pain that accompanied the unpleasantness.
Even though the “pain” endured by this young woman was not of a physical nature, one would assume that it had left a distinguishable imprint on the subconscious. After all, it was obvious that there was still some lingering trauma associated with the incident because the telling of it still produced an emotional response.
The forgoing then brings a question to mind; exactly how much “emotional scar tissue” are all of us carrying around? If we think of the subconscious as a little personal diary that catalogs everything we hear, feel, taste, smell and touch, then just imagine those pages filling up with line after line of negative emotions that we were forced to endure throughout our lives, prior to learning and practicing self hypnosis.
If you are a Certified Hypnotist or Hypnotherapist, and I sincerely hope that you are, have you ever tried to confront and make positive changes to those negative feelings that are still embedded upon your subconscious? You see, the point that I’m trying to make here is that it does little good to try to move forward in your life when you have all those nagging little scars telling you can’t. To truly get the most from your self-improvement efforts, you must address those negative entries and rewrite them so that they cease to be an impediment. So, how do we propose to restructure that which has already taken place?
Forgiveness is a very powerful ally when it comes to dealing with the past. Here, I’m not just writing about forgiving the people who may have hurt you because, there is nothing to forgive there. You were hurt because you allowed yourself to be hurt; you were hurt because you lacked the knowledge to prevent that incident from occurring. Therefore, we must forgive ourselves because only then will we be able to respond fully to our own post hypnotic suggestions.
